🎤 Mr. Nenad Bučevac, an experienced consultant and business transformation expert, currently engaged as Business Transformation Manager at Ernst & Young Consulting. With 15 years of international experience, he advises leading banks, tech firms, and public institutions across the Western Balkans on IT modernization, cybersecurity strategy, and regulatory compliance. His core expertise extends across Industry 4.0 readiness, cybersecurity governance, risk management, and agile transformation. Nenad is a trusted advisor in aligning digital innovation with business objectives, enhancing resilience, and driving sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Strategic Financial Management and an executive certificate in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from IMD Business School, Switzerland.
