Regional Innovation Forum

The theme of the Regional Innovation Forum 2026 is connecting science and industry through technology transfer, with a special focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the commercialization of research. The Forum, which will be held at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade on May 27, 2026, brings together researchers, companies, experts, and innovative entrepreneurs from the region to exchange knowledge and experience through presentations, panel discussions, and workshops. Special attention will be given to topics such as how to establish a spin-off company, licensing innovative products, the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare and advanced manufacturing, as well as strengthening the regional innovation ecosystem.

The aim of the B2B meetings is to enable participants to connect quickly and efficiently with potential partners for cooperation, project development, and business networking. Through short, pre-arranged meetings, participants can present their ideas, products, services, or research capacities and identify opportunities for joint work, knowledge transfer, and technological partnerships. These meetings represent a practical tool for establishing concrete contacts between companies, institutions, and researchers, with the possibility of continuing discussions and deepening cooperation after the initial meeting.
