Eldina Muftić

My name is Eldina Muftić and My formal education, which I obtained from the University of Agriculture in Sarajevo, is a Master of Agricultural Sciences. Additional knowledge and skills I acquired in the country and beyond in the field of writing business plans,analytical research, EU standards, making analyses in various sectors as well as providing proposals forinterventions in accordance with EU requirements.

Representing AgroLink d.o.o. and MENTOR, Association for the Development of Society, Economy and Environmental Protection. Through my previous work experience in the non-governmental sector, my focus has always included sociallyand economically sustainable progress, equal rights for all and building partnerships with stakeholders locally,regionally and internationally.I have eight years of professional experience in the non-profit sector (ECON) through which I worked on projects,among others, cross-border cooperation that arose after thematic analyses with a focus on networking thecountries surrounding the Adriatic Sea. We beneficially used the advantages of each country and created anetwork of interests and cooperation.I would especially like to highlight my many years of experience on projects in international organizations suchas UNWOMEN, UNDP, FAO and IFAD. Through my work, I have collaborated with a large number of partners in institutions,governments, international organizations, the private sector and non-governmental institutions as well as otherstrategic partners.I worked for the world's leading investor Investment Corporation of Dubai, investment arm of the governmentof Dubai (owner of Zeraa Agriculture Investment). I learned that investments require a good environment,political support and knowledge that we often do not have.I have dedicated the last few years to writing projects for EU calls. I have written more than 10 different projectsthat have been financed by EU funds. This work has developed strong analytical research skills in me - to collectthe necessary information and then, through EU policy guidelines, make recommendations for these projects.Experience has given me the skill to be able to recognize innovation and competitiveness in proposed projectsas well as compliance with EU requirements, which is the ultimate goal.I understand the EU integration process, I have a special dynamism and energy, computer literacy and goodknowledge of English and other languages of the Western Balkans. I have strong organizational, presentationand communication skills. I have the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment. I can traveland stay in other locations if necessary.I see the diversity in the Balkans as an advantage that should strengthen us on the path of EU integration.
