About

Digital Maturity Index provides you with a tool for moderated self-assessment, to understand how digitally mature your company is.

Digital maturity is a company-wide phenomenon, which needs to be analysed in the broadest sense. Everything is connected to everything, and many subjects impact many other things. In terms of digital maturity, we don't just talk about a few technology projects, a new digital customer channel, or some analytic solutions. Digital maturity is a combination of many different things, ranging from process improvements to governance style, from corporate culture to technology and analytics, and from leadership to ecosystems.

Each company is in one of these 5 levels of digital maturity. Ranking from defined to fully digital, each of you can recognize your company to be at a certain level of maturity. To reach the next level, certain steps and initiatives are necessary.

It is therefore important to perform a holistic assessment of the whole company which covers all areas of business, understand their interconnectivity and brings the data to the table.

With the Digital Maturity Index, as our first step towards digital transformation, we gain insights or understanding of our current business state. We can define the key areas where we are strong or weak, especially in the sense of digital transformation.

It is also important to compare ourselves with other competitors on the market and understand are we leading or lagging and in exactly which areas. By performing regular performance assessments on the digital maturity index, we can track our progress.

Also, by knowing what is our current state, we can define the future state. Creating a digital vision of the company, setting the targets and developing the roadmap to bring the company to the future state. Defining what success means for the company is the crucial part of the process, as well as how we track it.
