Milos Stankovic is a results-driven professional passionate about helping manufacturers digitally transform through innovative Industry 4.0 technologies. With a unique ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, industry trends, technology implementation, and change management, Milos has a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Currently, Milos is an external International Consultant with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Serbia, where he provides consultancy services on digitalisation, digital transformation, business transformation, and Industry 4.0 technologies to the clients of EBRD. Along with this post Milos serves as a Certified Digital Transformation Expert with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Austrian Chamber of Commerce, where he provides high-level consulting services to assist with the digital transformation of Serbian market programs.

Milos is also a Board Member of the Digital Transformation Alliance with the EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) in Germany. In this role, Milos provides specialized consultancy services to promote Digital Transformation standards across global enterprises. He executes proactive strategies to build a foundation for Industry 4.0 standards, processes, and infrastructure to foster the adoption of digital transformation. He also supports the development and implementation of new digital solutions for customers and stakeholders to create sustainable solutions.

As a Co-Founder and CEO of Pyron Technology in Serbia, Milos helps customers define their digital transformation journey and consults on Industry 4.0. He holistically assesses customer needs and creates strategic digital transformation plans and roadmaps to align with Industry 4.0 advanced design and manufacturing technologies. Milos leverages industry best practices to develop and execute plans to deliver successful digital transformation implementations. He brings a wealth of experience in driving successful digital transformation initiatives and is committed to helping clients stay competitive in today's fast-paced business environment.

Before this, Milos held various positions in the UAE, including Management Consultant, Technical Director and Business Development Manager and participated in large, government-level, projects related to digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives in Saudi Arabia and UAE. He drove new business development and sales efforts on promoting product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing operations management (MOM) solutions with an emphasis on the "digital twin" of products combining design, simulation, manufacturing, plant design, and automation products in a holistic approach to the digital transformation and redefining and improving business processes.

Milos's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Milos is also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with vast experience in digital transformation projects and a certified Digital Maturity Index Practitioner.
